Summer Internship will begin in June and end in August. Interns will work with retailers on the following:

• assist retailers by creating strategies to increase customer loyalty
• assist retailers in designing customer loyalty programs
• generate more frequent traffic into the store or stores
• work with current customers to improve the overall layout of store merchandise
• undergo management trainee program
• after completion of the management trainee program interns will be equipped with the following:
• improved leadership skills
• Increased ability of project management skills
• written communication skills
• verbal communication skills
• Marketing
• Visual merchandising
• consumer experience/ customer loyalty
